1949
First workshop with wire drawing machines, handed by Italo Percossi at his home.
1950
Manufacture of the first multiple drawing machines.
1961
First factory expansion.
1963
Juan Percossi assumes IPH´s management.
1965
Beginning of steel wire rope’s production.
1966
A new warehouse is built and the first closing machine is installed, which allows reaching 20mm steel wire ropes.
1970
Production of the first galvanizing and patenting furnace.
1974
Building of Sheds and machines to enable the manufacture of steel wire ropes up to 2 inches for oil markets, mining and cranes.
1983
Acquisition of San Miguel’s plant with 40,000m2 of land. A new galvanizing and patenting furnace is built.
1991
The first subsidiary opens in San Pablo, Brazil.
1999
General centralization at San Miguel’s plant.
2000
Installation of new technologies in galvanizing furnace to grow in product range.
2001
Export growth in the outland markets. Entrance of the family’s 3rd generation.
2005
Purchase of 56hs of land for the opening of a new IPH plant at Bella Vista.
2007
New logistics center, including new slings and cut to length facilities, and start up of a new wooden reels manufacturing plant. Incorporation of machinery for expansion of capacity for high technology products.
2011
Approval of Shovel Mining Cables.
2012
Opening of new plant at Itapevi, San Pablo, Brazil.
2013
Strong presence in niche markets.
2015
Release of the Bella Vista‘s Public-Private Industrial Planned Sector, with 56ha.
2016
Increase of production capacity with machines that allow the manufacture of single length steel wire ropes up to 100 ton.
